Returns & Exchanges

We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your high-performance merino gear; if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in original condition, unwashed, and with all tags attached to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unwashed, unworn items with original tags into the reusable shipping bag or a sturdy box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 7-10 business days of arrival.
